Background Check Ohio

I’m 17, and i just became a certified nursing assistant and i have been in some trouble before im wondering if a nursing home or any employer even, can look at my juvenile record in the state of Ohio for a criminal background check? I have alot of the disqualifying crimes that are on the applications, but it was when i was like 12 years old to 14 years old, can someone please help me?

My friend is trying to get a copy of background records from ohio and it seems as if every county but the one we are looking for has their records online and easily accessible. When we found the few records we could for that area this persons information was not included on the list. We know there is prior information and need it so some things can be cleared up but cannot get info anywhere. Can anyone advise on this situation? We are trying to do it without using an attorney.

I have a theft conviction in Ohio, 5 years ago. Will this stop me from getting the job in Arizona?

I am looking for employment at a couple of companies. I would like to know what they might come up with over the past 7 years. The companies are Time Warner and Verizon located in Ohio. I do not want to lie on my application but the truth is that I have had a spotty employment record because I was a independent contractor for several of these companies.

I would prefer a way that was free. I live in Ohio.

What would flag one as ineligible. I mean right now I may have a parking ticket from campus police in ohio(where i go to college) yet to be paid because it gets put onto my overall tuition bill which gets paid every few months or so. would that make me ineligible to buy a gun?
I know it sounds stupid but in this day and age when the “ruling class” thinks we are too dumb to run our own lives I can never be too sure what now constitutes an individual being a criminal.

I was wondering how comprehensive the background check is that they do in terms of how far back they go, what service they use, etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
