can juvenile records come up on a bci check?
I was wondering if a past juvenile record that hasn’t been expungged, can come up in a background check? In Ohio.

if the record(s) is/are not expunged, then they may show up on the background check. However, they are not supposed to be considered in relation to employment if the offense(s) occured prior to the age of 18.
